Summary of ACT
Plans
1. EDI PLUS
Plan - ACT EDI's your pre-authorized claims under your tax id. The PLUS is that we will also
bill those insurance companies that are
unable to accept EDI by creating an invoice that looks like it was created
on your own company letterhead. The networks/carriers will pay you directly.
ACT performs no collection follow-up.
2. EDI PLUS 1
Plan - Same as our EDI PLUS Plan, but ACT will also provide one collection effort per
claim as needed.
3. EDI PLUS Follow-Up Plan - Includes all of the features of our EDI
PLUS Plan and includes multiple collection efforts when needed. There is no fee deducted unless the claim is paid by the carrier.
4. Full-Service Plan - Includes all of the features of the first three plans.
Additionally, ACT obtains authorization from the carrier by conferencing in your customer while
you are free to service the vehicle. Our call center is open for claims
24/7, and our repair techs are available to help when you run into a
difficult repair issue. Again, there is no fee deducted unless the claim is paid by the carrier.
