* I am posting this message to let you all know my feelings on Delta Kit equipment and the company. I am not employed by Delta kits in any capacity, but feel my treatment deserves recognition.

Last week I visited Delta Kits factory in Eugene, Oregon. I went because I could not get my Delta injector to work and I figured out "lets give these guys a chance". I hopped on a plane from London for the short trip to the US ( only 7500 miles), and was treated to what I can only describe as an eye opening experience. I had planned to visit Delta and then Glas-weld to compare systems. I already use glas-weld and felt it could not be beaten and was in fact miles better than anything else on the market. I am so glad I made the journey, because I was so wrong. In 12 years of windscreen repair I have never seen anything like it, and believe me I am Mr fussy!. That injector is awesome. I need look no further. I do not believe there is a better bit of equipment on the market. One thing though. Make sure you either attend a Delta training course or make the journey to Oregon. Great equipment, Great people. A real tribute to the USA, and they deserve your business. Forget the others. This company produces the real item. The one that should be in your toolbox. Forget the rest, buy the best. A big thank you to Jeff, Brent, Matt and the Delta team.

*Great expo and training. I will say that we have done several already since returning (including our own rental car!!) and have had each one come out "almost-new"!!!!!! We really thought things were going well before we attended and now can see that we have raised our own bar! I did a cluster of 4 stars (interconnected) today that caused the owner to nearly soil himself. About broke my arm patting myself on the back as well!!

Seriously, Many thanks to not only Jeff, Matt and Brian but to everyone that attended for their input and opportunity to exchange ideas. This weekend's trip was the best thing Matt and I have done for our business to date. It may be hard to top.

* When I decided to expand my 'repair only' business a while back, I checked out equipment that everyone had to offer. Truthfully, a lot of it looks the same. But, I decided recently that I would buy Delta equipment from now on. The reason? I visit the forums at least once a week. I have been impressed by the fact that you really take an interest in the problems facing wsr businessmen. I appreciate the high standard of your forum, I appreciate that you do not let it get out of control, as is true of some other wsr forums. I have learned a lot.
I don't buy a lot of equipment or supplies, but because of your interest in wsr techs as people and not just customers, I will buy what I need from you. Besides, a lot of your customers say they are getting excellent results with your equipment. Thanks again for your interest, and keep up the good work.

* I really enjoyed all the products we got from Delta. The video is very well done and very easy to learn from. I was wondering if I could get another copy of the video, maybe even two. I want to use them for training when I open new sites around Texas and the country as well as for new hires right here in Austin. When we started our shops here my guys really demanded that we have Delta kits for our tools. They said that they were the best and worth every penny and from what I can see they are right. Thanks for your help with products and information and I hope to talk with you soon.

Oh, and BTW your training video I must complement you on. I use it every time I have new guys to train and after the video most are ready to walk through one themselves. It really makes training a breeze. I think I learn something new or get reminded of something every time I watch it with them.

I have been able to get in Safelite’s database so insurance jobs are a snap. I bought the large banner you have available and I have made posts for my pickup truck bed to hold it. I have a lot on a corner I go set up my banner and wait. So far I have spent less than 2 hours before getting a repair job. I make the call on the cell phone and then go to work. It’s that simple and easy.

* Dear Delta Kits, Inc.: The following is an outline of my evaluation of Delta Kits’ products. Price: This might be the one deciding factor that influenced me to try Delta Kits’ products. Most other companies that I contacted wanted far more money for their windshield repair systems. I found the kit to pay for itself in a very short time. Ease of use: Something one of my employers taught me, “never over complicate a job”. I have found the Delta Kits windshield repair system very easy to use. Why would you want all those hoses, gauges, bells and whistles when they are not necessary? Delta Kits’ systems do the same job as the competitors without all that extra stuff you really don’t need. I didn’t have any experience with windshield repair before ordering my first repair kit and after watching the included video, I was able to achieve professional looking results the first time I used my kit. I should also add that I have never had a problem with crack outs using Delta Kits’ products. Service: Customer service is a very big thing. I have contacted Delta Kits a number of times for supplies and advice. They have always been there when I needed them. I have found the sales department to be always friendly and helpful. I have also received much helpful advice on better ways to repair windshields and market my services. Supplies: As far as I am concerned, Delta Kits’ resin is top of the line. I have found the resin to flow easily into breaks and cracks. I have also had a very high success rate using Delta Kits’ products with very few customer complaints about the repairs. Many of the people, who call me, prefer my repairs to those made by Novus or Auto Glass Center. Conclusion: I would recommend Delta Kits to anyone interested in getting started in the windshield repair business.

* First of all I would like to say that I’ve FINALLY found you guys!! Ever since I have switched glass companies, I have not known how to come across your kits (since the shop I am at now does not use them.) They are trying to get me to learn the long and tedious ways they are accustomed to, using some motorized suction thing that is actually ridiculous!! With some luck that will change. Your kits are SO much easier, quicker and more efficient, I don’t understand how they could turn them down. You are more than welcome to use my city and state along with my comments in your advertising. Also I would like you to mail me sample bottles of 144-1 and 144-8, that way I can let the employees I work with try them out. Thanks for everything! I’d like to hear from you again so feel free to reply anytime with any suggestions on how to get my company “hooked” on Delta Kits. * I have been in the auto glass industry for nearly 20 years and I have recently opened my own glass shop. While researching windshield repair kits on the Internet, I came across Delta Kits and your product seemed to be compact and simple. I have worked with two other windshield repair kits in the past, Aegis and Equalizer. I was disappointed, to say the least with the Aegis system. It never performed the way I felt that it should. I never did get the hang of it. The other kit I used was made by Equalizer, though it was much easier to use than the Aegis, I was still not totally satisfied. I called Equalizer for technical assistance on a windshield repair and I was advised that they were no longer selling or supporting that product and they offered to refund my money.
A customer called the day I received my Delta Kits Repair Kit and I scheduled the job for the following day. I was a little apprehensive as I never used your product before. That night, I viewed the videotape that was provided with the kit. The video was very informative and easy to understand. The next day I repaired my customer’s windshield. Her windshield required three repairs. I have to honestly say that those were the easiest and neatest repairs I had ever performed thanks to you product. Your Delta Kits Repair Kit does all the work and it has paid for itself in less than six months. It’s nice to know that technical advice is only a phone call away. Thanks again Brent.

* I’m sending this letter in regards to the new resin you have out. I’ve been repairing windshields for 7 years and have used nothing except Delta products. I was always happy with your premium bond windshield resin, and didn’t think it could get any better, but it did. The MagniBond works great also. I’ve noticed it fills in clearer, in less time and doesn’t seem to have the strong odor.
