Check Those Fuses!

Guess what our number one UV light warranty issue is? Give up? Blown fuses! That’s right, the vast majority of the UV lights that are returned as defective simply have a blown fuse. The next two most common reasons for UV light returns are bad bulbs and bad batteries.

Before you return a light for warranty, please check the fuse, bulb and batteries. If you are not sure if your light has a fuse, please give us a call before returning it. DO NOT detach the cord, re-solder a connection on the circuit board, or modify the light in any way. These actions may void the warranty.
