Truth:
People often believe they will succeed by making their product or service
sound better than it really is. While deceptive selling techniques can
improve sales in the short term, it will always come back to haunt you. Tell
the truth and people will respect you for it.
Rules: Follow the
golden rule and “do to others what you would have them do to you”. If you do
this you will find that most people respond positively and those who don’t
will not weigh on your conscience.
Understanding:
Sometimes people are very unreasonable. Keep your cool and understand that
they may just be having a bad day. Unreasonable people give you the
opportunity to show you are truly understanding of their concerns. Always
try to look at a problem from your customer’s point of view.
Satisfaction: There
is nothing more rewarding than satisfying and exceeding the expectations of
your customer. Try it!
Trust: You will not
always have to have the lowest prices, and regardless of how hard you try
you will at times experience a hiccup in the service you offer, but if you
tell the Truth, follow the golden Rule, Understand your
customer’s concerns, and set a goal of providing total Satisfaction
for your customers, you will earn your customer’s Trust.
