Just like any other industry, the windshield repair industry has its share of companies that are not meeting their goals for one reason or another. For one company the goal may be a million dollars in gross sales, for another it may be doing a couple of repairs a week to supplement their family income. Windshield repair is an amazing business opportunity, in that it can be adapted to just about any business environment, has very high income potential, and very low start up costs. But a windshield repair business doesn’t just run itself. You have to be able to market, sell and perform quality repairs or you will struggle to meet your goals, whatever they may be.

It is not a coincidence that companies who attend our windshield repair training & marketing classes are far more successful than those that don’t have formal training. Why? They know all the reasons why windshield repair benefits their customer. They know the difference between an average repair and a great repair, and wont settle for average. They know when to drill and when not to. They know how to handle any weather conditions. They know how to avoid crack outs. They know what language to include and to avoid when selling a repair. They know how to land fleet accounts. They know how the most successful windshield repair companies in the world market their businesses. They can gain customer trust with their factory certification. They know their insurance billing options. To sum it up, they know what they’re doing and that builds confidence. Without that confidence in your product it is very hard to be great at selling it.

In addition to the technical training classes held monthly in Eugene, Oregon, we will be taking our training class on the road, starting October in Charlotte, North Carolina. Last year we had an overwhelming response and classes were sold out quickly. If you would like more information about a training class near you, go to: http://www.deltakits.com/training/bootcamp or call us at 1-800-548-8332.
