On October 7th, the Delta Kits training team headed down to Charlotte for another Windshield Repair Bootcamp. Again, we had a great cross section of our industry represented. We had brand new business owners that were new to the industry, and doing repairs for the very first time. We had windshield repair veterans that learned some new tricks, and shared some of their wisdom and experience with the new guys. We also had established businesses learning the ins and outs of windshield repair, so they could add it to their product line. We covered basic and advanced windshield repair techniques, safety, marketing, billing, sales, business start up and much more. I was very proud of the repairs this group was doing by the end of our class.

On October 14th we were back in Eugene for our free monthly factory certification class. We had 19 technicians from across the country get together for one great day of repair training. I encourage anyone that can make it out to Oregon to take advantage of this great opportunity. It is for beginners and seasoned vets alike. We hold this class every month. Did I mention it’s free?

If you have anyone in your organization that needs training, call us or go to www.deltakits.com/training for details.
