12030 I-100S Injector Plunger (I-100SM)

Part number 12030 is the Replacement Plunger for the Delta Kits I-100S screw-type, polished stainless steel windshield repair injector (non spring-loaded). Polished Stainless Steel construction makes it fast, smooth, durable, and easy to clean. The I-100SM is a robust and refined tool that is virtually "bullet proof" and has 4 important features:

• The I-100S injector plunger is manufactured from stainless steel then polished on all surfaces. The polished stainless steel provides for smoother operation.

• Tooling has been improved to provide superior fit and function.

• Knurling has been retained in key grip areas, but is less pronounced for improved comfort.

• Minimal threads on the outer piston make for fast operation and less resin waste.
