Detailed Video Description: How to Use the Delta Kits Centering Tool

The Delta Kits Centering Tool (CT500) is a unique tool used for centering the I-100 Injector directly over the impact point. This tool works well when it is difficult to see down the cylinder of the injector, and ensures proper placement of the end seal over the break or chip. The tool is exclusively designed for use with the I-100 Injector and B200 or B300 Bridge.

First, we insert the Centering Tool into the injector body.

Then, we loosen the adjustment knob on the bridge.

Next, we rotate the bridge until the point of the Centering Tool locates the point of impact, or “pit”.

Once we’ve located the point of impact with the Centering Tool, we tighten the adjustment knob on the bridge.

Finally, you’ll see how our I-100 Injector is centered directly over the impact point.
