The annual National Windshield Repair Association (NWRA) marketing conference is being held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in conjunction with NACE again this year. The NWRA marketing conference begins on November 5th with the 4th annual Windshield Repair Olympics, and continues on to November 6th with a variety of seminars, demonstrations, and networking opportunities. Delta Kits and other windshield repair manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers will also be on hand in a high impact selling environment designed to motivate, educate, and entertain at the NACE show which runs from November 5th through 7th. The International Auto body Congress and Exposition (NACE) was created to provide buyers and sellers within the collision repair community a place to network, learn about technological advancements, and see all the products, services, equipment, and technology available to industry professionals. Although NACE is primarily a collision repair event, windshield repair technicians typically find plenty of things that are of interest to them. One such example is headlight restoration which makes a great add on service for windshield repair technicians. Click here for more information about NACE.

If you want to make a full week of it, the SEMA show is being held at the Las Vegas convention center November 3rd through the 6th, and the AAPEX show is being at the Sands expo and convention center November 3rd through the 5th. Although not geared so much toward the windshield repair technician, the SEMA show is the largest of its kind and if you like cars you can spend several days there taking pictures and drooling over all the nice rides. The AAPEX show is everything automotive, and while there is not as much eye candy as there is at the SEMA show, it is very interesting to see all the new technology in the automotive industry. Speaking from experience, it is difficult to try to take in all of these shows in their entirety one week, but we do hope you will stop and visit Delta Kits at the 2009 NACE show, take in the Windshield Repair Olympics, and attend the NWRA seminars and networking events November 5-7. This is one event windshield repair technicians don't want to miss!
