Delta Kits Customer Speaks Out!

I just wanted to drop a line about the customer service and quality of products I have received from Delta Kits.  I had been in the auto glass replacement and repair business for several years before deciding to purchase a windshield repair system for myself.  After reading tons of reviews and talking to other technicians in the industry I decided to purchase the Delta Kits Double Bridge 25th Anniversary special package.  I did not make a mistake!!  The quality of the product, the completeness of the kit and customer service received, puts Delta Kits heads and shoulders above its competition.  The technical support provided is unmatched by other manufacturers.  I even had Korey call me without me first contacting him as he read on the windshield repair forum that I was having a couple issues with my technique.  After a brief conversation Korey was able to identify what I was doing incorrect, I made the adjustments suggested and my repairs look better than ever!

I also purchased the Headlight Restoration system (with Metabo) that Delta Kits offers and it makes me look good everyday!  The quality of the finished product is jaw dropping.  I really get that “wow” factor from my customers after I restore their headlights.  The system is extremely complete and I have already made my investment back. 

I am impressed that Delta Kits continues to update, evaluate and test different techniques and products to make their current catalog even better.  I look forward to continuing my business with one of the best vendors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
