Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every effort is made to ship orders within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). An email message is sent to you when your order ships. The email will include a copy of your order, the name of the delivery carrier, and a tracking number so you can track the status of your order through the delivery carriers’ website.

If you have not received an email confirming shipment after the appropriate time has elapsed, please contact Delta Kits customer service. We make every effort to respond to your email by the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

Deltakits.com orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. For other options please contact Delta Kits customer service. First Class Mail Parcel is the USPS shipping method Deltakits.com uses and is available on non-hazmat shipments of 13 ounces or less. Time in transit is typically 2-3 business days from date of shipment (excluding weekends and holidays); if you have not received your package within 5 business days from date of shipment (excluding weekends and holidays) please contact us to begin an investigation.

UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available shipping options for most items. Time in transit is calculated in business days and excludes the date of shipment, weekends, and holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and package dimensions. In some instances the dimensional weight of a package may be more than the actual weight. In these instances dimensional weight will be charged in accordance with the delivery carriers’ regulations.

Select items may require additional insurance, signature upon delivery and/or Hazmat handling fees. Such fees will be included in the shipping price if applicable. Hazmat items are not available for shipment via USPS regardless of size or weight.

International Shipping

Deltakits.com ships to all addresses worldwide serviced by UPS and allowed by the United States. Orders to addresses outside of the United States will be shipped via UPS International. For other options please contact Delta Kits customer service.

UPS Standard, Expedited, Saver and Express are available shipping options for most items. Time in transit is calculated in business days and excludes the date of shipment, weekends, and holidays. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages at their discretion and is out of Delta Kits control.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order; the value is the full purchase price of your order.

International purchasers should contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information. You may also find helpful information for estimating taxes and duties on the U.S. Customs Website.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Deltakits.com processes your orders electronically. Your order may be in process soon after it is submitted. To change or cancel an order contact Delta Kits customer service immediately. We will make every effort to honor your request, however orders cannot be cancelled if merchandise has been shipped and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns or Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full product refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns or exchanges. Please contact Delta Kits customer service for a return authorization number prior to returning a product to Delta Kits for any reason.

Items covered by the Delta Kits warranty and returned within the warranty period will be evaluated by Delta Kits, and may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Delta Kits.
