Delta Kits Dear Korey,
I ordered the premium pit resin #144-14, 7 ml on 7-19-2010. I used it on 7-21-2010 on an 18 wheeler windshield. I noticed it took less to seal the break and had fewer shavings. The heat on the east coast has been near 100F degrees daily for 2 months. I was using pit premium 144-2 prior to this. With the high heat this resin liquefied fast and would run down the windshield, prior to getting the square over it, or would slide downward. The new pit resin stays put and I seem to use less of it, to seal the break. I have used this resin since that date on 13 breaks ranging in size from ¼ inch to 2 inches and about 6 chips, mostly big rigs. The results were fantastic and I no longer have the run problem or excessive air bubbles. If you are working in the extreme heat, I highly recommend a test trial of this product. I paid a few dollars extra for the product, however I am using less of the pit resin, which should save me money over the long run.

I would like to tell everybody about my experience with Delta Kits. I bought a windshield repair kit from my super awesome sales rep Korey and it arrived April 2nd. I immediately popped in the DVD and watched it several times over and over again. I then went out and luckily had several damaged areas on my windshield to practice on. I also found 2 junk cars that had windshields with tons of damage and I fixed every crack and chip on them. I can't tell you how many times I had to stop and call Korey and ask him questions and his opinions, but he was there with the right answer each and every time. It is now April 27th and I have made over $4,000 during my first month in business.

I now have a location with great traffic and have had to upgrade to a 2 bridge kit. I have reordered supplies 3 times already, (which is a great problem to have!) Hello all,
My wife and I just returned from attending the Delta Kits training and certification class in Eugene, OR. First of all I want to thank Brent, Korey, Jonathan, Bruce and the entire Delta Kits staff for the great day we had. The training class was more than I expected. Having no prior knowledge or experience of the windshield repair industry I left the class having a wealth of knowledge about the industry. We were given an overview of the industry, the processes of a professional windshield repair and marketing and billing tips.

The best part of the class was the hands on training that was provided for all participants. I strongly recommend this training class for all windshield repair technicians regardless of what system that you may use. I feel confident that I can perform a professional quality windshield repair after attending this training class. With that said I will continue to practice my new trade.....because as the saying goes "Practice makes perfect".

I would like to take this time to thank you for the great on the road training and certification class in Clearwater, FL. I went to the class as a pure novice in the windshield repair industry. The hands-on training was just great.

There is no way you can put a price tag on this type of individual training, the information on the industry itself and with the equipment used in that industry. I just wanted to drop a line about the customer service and quality of products I have received from Delta Kits. I had been in the auto glass replacement and repair business for several years before deciding to purchase a windshield repair system for myself. You may not remember me, but I had dinner with you and Korey last year during the Auto Glass Week out in Vegas.
As a business owner, my single greatest obstacle is finding high quality, dedicated employees that are looking to contribute to the company rather than just picking up a paycheck. Why am I telling you this? Because last week I had the privilege of experiencing one such employee that you have! Last month when I found out Delta Kits would be attending the Open House I called and spoke with Korey. I asked him if he knew who would be coming out for Delta Kits, and he told me that he would. I told him that I'd be grateful if he could afford me some of his time. He agreed to meet with me.

Before our Wednesday evening event, Korey met with me and I shared with him that my repairs were no longer looking as good as they used to look. He re-instructed me on the proper repair techniques to be used with Delta Kits equipment. Heeding his advice, I tried a repair and "presto", back to the repairs of ole. My technician later met with us, and I quickly told Butch to FORGET everything I had told him about repairs, and listen to everything Korey had to share with him. Korey instructed, Butch listened and Butch did several repairs Thursday and Friday, all much better than we had been previously doing.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how fortune I think you are to have someone with your company that is such a huge ambassador. Delta Kits' primary business is supplying equipment and products to professionals in the Windshield and Autoglass repair industry. However, it also offers  products for the DIY community, which is where I fit in. I had a quarter-sized bullseye chip in a large plate glass window. After making dozens of calls to residential window repair and autoglass repair shops in my area, it seemed that no one knew how to repair the window. So I started searching the internet for a DIY solution. Pretty quickly, I came across a great article by Jordan Deines at Delta Kits that addressed my exact situation. I contacted the folks at Delta Kits, who provided me detailed instructions on how to repair the hole along with a product list. I also contacted the author the article, who actually took the time to write me back and give me some additional tips. As soon as I get the products and complete the job, I'll edit the post to let you know how it turns out. But as of right now, I can definitely say that the customer service has been beyond excellent.

The headlights on our car were so discolored & worn looking, we were looking into having them replaced, which was VERY expensive to do so. My name is Fabian. I am 24 years-old and I have started a windshield repair and headlight restoration business. I started talking to Korey a couple of weeks ago regarding information on what I needed to start my business. I was completely new to the whole insurance billing and headlight restoring, but Korey took his time and walked me through everything that I needed to start my adventure. I immediately started the process of obtaining what was needed like my DBA, business insurance, signing up with the networks, and so on. As I stumbled upon my first obstacles I called Korey and once again, without hesitation he took his time and helped me through it. As weeks passed by the networks started accepting my applications until I was all signed up with all of them. Then I had another obstacle.... I had no equipment and very little money. 24 years-old and in college I had no choice but to sell my car in order to buy my equipment and then with the little money I had left, buy a small work truck. It all worked out perfectly. I started doing mobile jobs for family members and friends until I raised some money for banners and a nice canopy. I now have a fixed location at my house and I'm in the process of opening another location pretty soon. I have had a blast throughout this adventure and will continue to do so. If you are interested in starting your own business, JUST GO FOR IT! Don't let anything stop you. No matter how difficult things are, or how much negativity will be around you just keep on going. EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

I have purchased a SuperGlass franchise and due to that reason have been unable contractually to purchase Delta Kits resin. I would like to say this though, I have been called out to 3 different insurance jobs for customers that I had repaired 2-3 years back. In every case, the previous repairs looked great. I just wanted to say thank you for having a product that is easy to stand behind. Walking car lots its so common to see poor repairs, and terrible resin. With your training and equipment, it's encouraging to see the repairs look as good 2-3 years later as they did when I left. Going to training I was some what nervous didn't know what to expect, and didn't think how it will be. I liked the way you explained and showed us step by step with little humor how it's all done, it reminded me a lot of my pre-engineering class I took 11th and 12th grade.
