BB holes in Double Pane Window

I am looking at purchasing the Magnibond resin to repair 2 small BB holes in a double pane picture window. This is an older window, so clarity is not a concern, but making sure the break does not spread is the concern. As the window is a double pane, is there any process or any product that is slightly thicker, so it does not drip down into the double pane window that you would recommend using?

Double pane windows cannot be repaired using our plate glass resin because there is no way to get to the back of the damaged glass, and once the seal is broken, they will typically develop moisture between the panes.
