Ideal Resin for Hot Temperatures and Moisture

Question:

Which resin would be ideal for high hot temperatures and moisture? South Texas heat can be crucial.

Answer:

When it comes to doing repairs in Texas, any of our resins will work, but my preference is our Magnibond or Premium Bond resins. They have a 15-20 cps, so they will flow easily into any type of break. In hot temps, you have to be mindful of the glass temperature (recommended range is 70 to 100 degrees) and pressure (too much will cause flowering/delamination).
