Stainless or Aluminum Injector

What are the advantages or disadvantages to using a stainless or an aluminum injector or screw? Is there any special cleaning or care instructions for any of them?
Answer:
Aluminum is lighter and more malleable than stainless steel, while stainless steel is generally much stronger, but both injectors work the same and produce great repairs, and you clean them with denatured alcohol.
